WHAT: United Soccer Leagues Second Division game

WHEN/WHERE: Today at 7 p.m., University of Richmond Stadium

TICKETS: $12 adult, $7 youth (17-under)

NOTABLE: The first of two meetings between these teams. The second is July 6 in Bermuda. . . . The Kickers are 4-4-0 (12 points) and have dropped two consecutive in league play. The Hogges are 2-4-0 (six points) and haven't played since May 30. . . . Richmond beat Bermuda twice last season by a combined score of 6-0. . . . The Hogges have managed only five goals in six games and have been blanked three times. . . . Former English Premier League players Shaun Goater and Kyle Lightbourne lead the Hogges as president and coach, respectively. Each played some last season. Forward Stephen Astwood was USL2 rookie of the year in 2007 after leading the expansion franchise in scoring. . . . The Kickers, coming off a 3-0 victory over Fredericksburg in the first round of the U.S. Open Cup on Tuesday, could have forward Ben Hunter (groin) and midfielder Mike Burke (cracked rib) in the lineup. Midfielder Stanley Nyazamba remains the Kickers' chief threat with four goals, counting one in the Open Cup. . . . The Richmond Kickers Future meets the Northern Virginia Royals in a Premier Development League game at 3 p.m.
