BALTIMORE - Forward Gary Brooks scored a first-half goal and made an assist on a second-half score to lead Crystal Palace Baltimore to a 2-0 victory over the Richmond Kickers yesterday in a USL Second Division match.

Brooks headed home the first goal in the 19th minute. Midfielder Val Teixeira scored the home team's second goal in the 65th minute.

The Kickers (1-2) travel to Western Mass on May 17 before returning home to host the Charlotte Eagles on May 24.
