NOTABLE: This will be D.C. United's final tuneup before it opens its regular season next Saturday at Kansas City. The Black and Red played two CONCACAF Champions' Cup games against Harbour View FC this month, a 1-1 draw last week and a 5-0 blowoutTuesday. . . . Unlike last year, D.C. United is expected to send at least some of its regulars to Richmond. The Black and Red is led by midfielder Fred (newcomer from Brazil), and forwards Luciano Emilio and Jaime Moreno. Midfielder Ben Olsen (University of Virginia) still is recovering from offseason ankle surgery. . . . Winchester native Devon McTavish scored three goals in the two games with Harbour View. . . . With their regular-season opener still nearly a month away, the Kickers may not have a full lineup either. Coach Leigh Cowlishaw expects to have goalkeeper Ronnie Pascale, midfielder Mike Burke, defender Kelvin Jones and forward David Bulow on the field. . . .
