Which team improved itself the most in the NFL draft? Why?

Since my team, the Baltimore Ravens, is always on the lookout for a quarterback, I think Atlanta and Minnesota did the best in the draft.

Atlanta got Matt Ryan, who had no chance of hanging around for the Ravens. I was surprised John David Booty hung around until the fifth round. People are going to be sorry they let Booty get away. Annette Jackson Petersburg
