You can also purchase a subscription online or purchase a copy at a rack or newsstand. Delivery Times The Times-Dispatch is delivered Monday through Saturday by 6 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on Sunday. Delivery Start Date Your Times-Dispatch subscription will begin within three business days of your order. Vacation Hold It's easy to temporarily stop your paper. You can use our online subscriber account service or call (804) 644-4181 or (800) 468-3382 and let us know when you want your newspaper held and restarted. Payment Methods You can pay by check, automatic bank draft or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. EZPay EZPay is the ability to pay your Times-Dispatch subscription every four weeks by credit card or automatic draft from your checking account. This saves you time and money from writing checks for your subscription.
