REPORT DELIVERY/RACK/VENDOR PROBLEMS |
| For home delivery messages received by 9:30 a.m. Mon-Sat, or by 12 noon on Sun., we will be happy to deliver your replacement paper the same day if you live in the Richmond metro area. After that, we will deliver your paper the next day or credit your account. If you are a reporting a rack problem, please include the location of the rack. |
