Guidelines:
- Please type or print clearly.
- Letters should be brief and to the point.
- All letters are subject to editing for clarity and length.
- Open letters, letters sent to more than one address, or poetry will not be published.
- Letters should be brief and must carry the writer's signature, full valid address, and daytime phone number; they must appear over the writer's name. Only the writer's name and city will be published.
- The Times-Dispatch will not publish more than one letter from the same writer in a 60-day period.
- Published letters may be posted on our website.
- We reserve the right to edit for accuracy, brevity, clarity, legality, and taste.
