During his campaign swing through Virginia, senatorial candidate Mark Warner said he is willing to let certain Bush taxes expire. Many consider expirations of tax cuts tantamount to tax hikes. Look for Republicans to blast Warner for uttering the "T" word and to remind voters that the Democrat's signal gubernatorial accomplishment was a tax increase. The tough news for Republicans is that the tactic did not work very well in 2006's midterms.
