A Richmond strip-club owner accused of taping sexual encounters with two teenage girls is scheduled to appear in court this morning.

Samuel J.T. Moore III is due for a motions hearing in Richmond Circuit Court.

Moore, 44, faces charges of producing child pornography and unlawfully filming sex he allegedly had with a 17-year-old girl and an 18-year-old woman in his home above Club Velvet, his business in Shockoe Bottom. He also has been charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The charges of producing pornography and unlawfully filming a minor are felonies, and the other charges are misdemeanors.
