Interstates 95 and 64 around Richmond are backed up this morning, in part as motorists slow for rain.

I-95 northbound through downtown Richmond is slow, as is I-64 at Mechanicsville Turnpike.

Rain is expected to continue for most of the day today, with a half-inch of rainfall possible, according to the National Weather Service.

More rain is expected during the day tomorrow.
