A Louisa County grand jury yesterday indicted a suspended Howard University soccer coach accused of using the Internet to solicit sex from a minor.
Joseph Okoh was arrested in January in an undercover operation. The 41-year-old former Arlington County resident is scheduled for a court appearance this month, said Thomas A. Garrett, Louisa's commonwealth's attorney.
He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
