Want to find a good home for your old trumpet and help students at the same time?

A Boy Scout from Henrico County is collecting used band instruments, cleaning and repairing them and donating them to an area middle school.

David Roop, a student at Deep Run High School, is looking for gently used instruments to donate to the music program at Fairfield Middle School.

The project will help fulfill his Eagle Scout requirements.
