Indictments in Richmond slayings

Richmond prosecutors have obtained indictments in two homicides, including one that occurrred at a convenience store in February.

Maurice Kendall Walker, 27, of Richmond was indicted in the Feb. 16 slaying of Clemson Williams in the 6400 block of Hull Street.

Williams, 45, who lived in the 7500 block of Exmouth Drive, was shot to death about 2:15 a.m. in the parking lot of the FasMart at 6401 Hull Street Road.

Authorities said the motive appeared to be an argument.

Tyrone Marcellar Coleman, 22, was charged with the June 11, 2007, murder of James Curtis Seay. Coleman also was charged with robbery and firearm offenses.

Seay, 24, of Richmond was found shot to death at 6:01 a.m. at Bramwell and Warwick roads. Authorities said he was the victim of a robbery.
