Richmond police arrested two cousins yesterday in connection with the 2007 homicide of a man who police said was targeted for robbery.

Police said Daniel Hamilton White, 25, of the 6500 block of Armfield Drive and David White, 26, of the 1300 block of Armfield Drive, have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to commit robbery.

James Curtis Seay, 26 and of Richmond, was found shot to death at 6:01 a.m. on June 11 in the 5800 block of Warwick Road.

In a statement, police said the investigation suggested that Seay was the victim of a robbery.

Maj. David McCoy, of the Major Crimes Unit, said in a statement that the investigation led to search warrants for the two suspects yesterday and also led to an additional arrest in the 5800 block of Orcutt Lane, where police conducting a search confiscated drugs and money.
