Eight people -- four of them juveniles -- have been arrested in Caroline County and charged with murder by mob in the Nov. 10 shooting of 16-year-old Raquel Hunter.

Caroline Sheriff A.A. "Tony" Lippa Jr. last night identified the adults as Lashawn Montque Monroe, 23, of the 12000 block of Golansville Road in Ruther Glen; Antoine Johnson, 18, who has no fixed address but is believed to live in the Ruther Glen area; Dwight Leo Smith II, 19, of the 16000 block of Duck Lane in Bowling Green; and Deon Alexander Terrell, 19, of the 16400 block of Dawn Boulevard in Hanover County.
