A judge this morning denied bond to John Bradley Crawford while Hanover County prosecutors consider whether to try him a third time in the 1980 slaying of a 6-year-old boy.
Hanover County Commonwealth's Attorney R.E. "Trip" Chalkley III said after the hearing that he has not yet decided whether to again try the case.
Crawford's trials on charges of abduction and murder in the slaying of Alexander Paul Glanz resulted in hung juries and mistrials in March 2007 and again last week.
