Another day, another set of record gasoline prices.
AAA Mid-Atlantic this morning reports that the average price for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline has increased to $3.71 in Virginia and $3.73 in Richmond. Both are records.
Nationally, the average is holding at $3.79 per gallon.
