Two problems are slowing Interstate 95 traffic on and near the James River Bridge in downtown Richmond this morning.

A multi-vehicle wreck was reported about 8 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the bridge. There was no immediate word of injuries.

And police also are reporting several large rocks have been spilled on I-95's northbound lanes near the Franklin Street exit, which is Exit 74-B. That is slowing traffic as well.
