A Petersburg man is being held at the Pamunkey Regional Jail in a recent robbery at a Pizza Hut restaurant on Mechanicsville Turnpike, Hanover County officials said today.

Javar Ruffin, 20, turned himself in to the Petersburg Police Department on Friday, officials said.
