GOOCHLAND -- The Goochland County Board of Supervisors today is to consider a request from the School Board to issue $8.7 million in general obligation bonds for school improvements.

If approved, the money will used to build a multipurpose room and six new classrooms each at Byrd and Randolph elementary schools.
