Pennock supervises case-management teams that handle project applications from beginning to end. Her hiring is part of a customer-service initiative adopted last year by the Board of Supervisors.

Henrico Employers in Henrico County and the rest of the Richmond area looking for summer workers can turn their search over to the Capital Area Workforce Investment Board and the Summer Job Hunt.
