Save This PageA Richmond man died Tuesday when he was ejected from his sport utility vehicle in a single-vehicle crash on Chippenham Parkway.
Christopher S. Harbin of the 3000 block of Parkwood Avenue died shortly after 10 p.m. at VCU Medical Center.
Harbin, 24, was traveling south on Chippenham Parkway when his vehicle went off the road and struck two utility poles shortly after 9:30 p.m., police said.
He was not wearing a seat belt, authorities said.
