Artwork created by students in the Graphics Division of the Chesterfield Technical Center will be displayed 6-8 p.m. May 7 during the second annual Digital Arts Gala.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will take place in the commons area of the Chesterfield Technical Center, 10101 Courthouse Road.

Portraits, advertisements and fashion photos created by commercial photography students will be displayed, as will posters and ads made by digital-imaging students.

Scenes created by 3-D animation and visualization students and Flash animations by digital-imaging students will be shown.

Light hors d'oeuvres will be served by students in culinary arts and baking and pastry classes at the technical center.
