Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield reports the sale of 20,000 square feet at 1611 Rhoadmiller St. in Richmond for $800,000 to the SPCA.

Franklin Bell and Gary L. Hooper handled the sale negotiations.

M. Realty reports the sale of a 7,344-square-foot building at 2910 W. Leigh St. in Richmond for $482,000 to Runita Properties.

Larry Miller represented the seller. LEASES

CB Richard Ellis reports the following leases:

12,927 square feet at 1111 E. Main St. in Richmond to Wachovia Bank National Association (Wystar).

12,319 square feet at 7445-7471 Whitepine Road in Chesterfield County to Environmental Hazards Services.
