Henrico police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect wanted in these four armed robberies last month:
On Sept. 6, the man entered an ABC store at 4108 Glenside Drive shortly after 10 a.m. and forced a female employee into the back of the store. He kept a weapon pressed against her side until he left the rear of the building with cash.
On Sept. 21, the man robbed an employee in the Verizon Wireless store at 7320 Staples Mill Road at 2:30 p.m.
A week later, the man robbed a female employee in the Wonder Bread business at 7301 Staples Mill Road shortly after 10 a.m. He entered a rear window before the store opened and hid until the employee was alone.
On Sept. 30, an employee opening the Ntelos store at 8400 W. Broad St., was forced into the store at gunpoint.
Police say that in all four robberies, the suspect waited until each employee was alone and demanded that he be taken to the safe.
He is described as a black male, medium complexion, 20 to 35 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall and small build, brown eyes. He wore a gray-hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes, dark gloves and black scarf or ski-mask covering the lower half of his face.
