Richmond Midnight Basketball League, in partnership with the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation USA, will host its first B-Ball Fundraiser on Sept. 20, 2008.

Scheduled celebrity guests include Edwin Moses, John Starks, Mark Breland, Chris Duhon, Johnny Newman, Sam Jones, Grant Long and Bobby Dandridge.

Since 1995, the Richmond Midnight Basketball League has worked to change lives and improve communities throughout the city. RMBL uses sports to create positive social change. It offers a wide range of social services to help youth and young adults become productive and responsible citizens.

You may support RMBL by participating in the sports clinics for youth at St. Christopher's School from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 20 or by attending the B-Ball gala at the Science Museum of Virginia from 7 to 11 p.m. Sept. 20.
