Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama is making another visit to Virginia, this time to Lebanon tomorrow for a "Change We Need" town hall meeting.

Obama is expected to talk about the American economy, ending dependence on foreign oil and creating new jobs, according to his campaign staff.
