UPDATE: I-95 northbound now open in Hanover

Save This PageAbout an hour after they were closed, all northbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Hanover County are now reopened, state police report.
The lanes were closed shortly after 8:30 a.m. because of downed power lines just north of the Atlee-Elmont exit, state police said. Authorities diverted northbound traffic onto the Atlee-Elmont exit.
