Due to potential bad weather from tropical systems moving north this week, Varina High School administrators have moved Friday's football game against Matoaca High School to Thursday.

The game is now scheduled for 7 p.m. at Varina High, 7053 Messer Road.

The National Weather Service is calling for a 70 percent chance of showers and possibly a thunderstorm Friday night in the Richmond area.
