Richmond residents will get another chance tonight to have their say about the proposed Downtown Master Plan.

A hearing is scheduled before the Planning Commission at 6:30 p.m. in the fifth-floor conference room at City Hall, 900 E. Broad St.

The draft plan is available for public review on the city's Web site at www.ci.richmond.va.us/departments/communityDev/DownTownMasterPlan.aspx.

Copies also are available for review at the city's nine public libraries or at City Hall in Room 510 on the fifth floor.
