The National Weather Service's Wakefield Office has issued a tornado warnings for Goochland, Hanover, Powhatan and Louisa counties. A thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado is moving into Goochland County and heading northeast, the weather service said. The tornado warning is on until 9:45 p.m.
