Authorities this morning located a Henrico County teenager who had been missing for more than a week.
She was found unharmed at a house in Chester after a call came in to Crime Stoppers at 6:30 a.m., police said.
Kelsey Marie Ratliff, 16, a student at Varina High School, is being interviewed now by Henrico police, said Lt. Doug Perry. No other information was immediately available.
She was last seen by her parents June 24 after an argument about her use of a school-issued laptop computer. Her mother said she believed Kelsey was with someone she met online.
