Woman robbed, assaulted at Richmond high school

Police were searching for a man they say robbed a woman this morning at George Wythe High School in South Richmond.
The robbery was reported about 8:20 a.m. at the school at Crutchfield Street and Belt Boulevard. Police said the man assaulted the woman, pushing her to the ground and stealing $20.
The woman was treated for scrapes to her arms and knees.
The suspect was described as a black man in his mid 20s, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and wearing a gray shirt and blue denim shorts. He had close-cropped hair, a goatee and tattoos on both arms.
It was not clear if he was armed.
