Timothy Wayne Kelly fled from a Richmond rehabilitation center last Sunday evening.

Timothy Wayne Kelly is being sought by law-enforcement agencies after he slipped away from a North Side rehabilitation center on May 11.

Virginia State Police and Virginia Department of Corrections are looking for Kelly, a Newport News native, and believe he may have returned to the Peninsula region.

Kelly, 52, fled from Rubicon Rehabilitation Center at 1700 Front St. last Sunday evening, police said. He has an extensive criminal record, including larcenies and breaking and entering, they said.
