Traffic is backing up in downtown Richmond after a three-car wreck just off Interstate 95.

The crash occurred shortly before 7:30 a.m. at North Third and East Leigh streets, just a few blocks off the Interstate 95 exit.

A number of traffic lights are out in the area, including those at Second, Third and Fourth and Leigh streets, as well as at Jackson and Clay and Third streets.

One lane of Leigh Street is now open.

One driver was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
