NEWPORT NEWS -- Another ship is leaving the so-called Ghost Fleet in the James River off Fort Eustis.
The U.S. Maritime Administration says the Scan is departing the James River Reserve Fleet today. It will be the 67th ship to leave the fleet since January 2001.
The Scan was built in the 1960s as a freight and passenger vessel. It's headed to Marine Metals in Brownsville, Texas.
