Tickets are required for most appearances. If you don't have access to an event, your best chance to see the pope is during one of his trips in the popemobile. Keep in mind, it's better not to drive into Washington. There's no parking at Nationals Park for the papal Mass tomorrow. Parking on and near the campus of Catholic University also is nearly nonexistent. Pick a suburban Metro station with ample parking -- Springfield has more than 4,000 spaces -- and ride the train into town.
Today : 10:30 a.m., the pope meets with President Bush at the White House; noon, popemobile ride; 5:30 p.m., Benedict meets with U.S. bishops at Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception
