Remember Trading Secrets?

That popular column, which ran in the Richmond Times-Dispatch from the 1980s through 2001, returns next week to the expanded Food Section in an updated format.

Called Recipe Exchange, the premise is the same: Readers request recipes they want; other readers respond with what we hope are their tried-and-true specialties.

Here's what's new: We'd like readers sending in responses to be willing to cook the recipe for us and pose for a photo with the finished dish.

And you don't have to wait for someone to ask about a recipe. If you have a dish you're proud of and are willing to share with the rest of us, let us know about it. Don't be modest!
