Why: Every spring, thousands of Richmonders head to Colonial Downs to see the steeplechase races. Women don their cutest spring dresses (and often colorful hats) and tail-gaters pull out all the stops with lavish tail-gating parties around the rail.

How much:
Shuttle passes: $55-60, includes shuttle ride and admission to the races.
Carload pass: $155-190
Rail pass: $200-$295 per space. Includes admission for all in vehicle and a spot on the rail for tail-gating.
If tickets purchased on race day, only available at Richmond Raceway Complex. No Race Day sales at Colonial Downs.
