The marriage of Ms. ShirleyMae Thompkins, daughter of Mrs. Susie Mae Smith and Mr. Charlie C. Thompkins Sr., to William Alfonza Green, son of Mrs. Emma Green and the late Joseph Green, all of Richmond, took place February 23, 2008, at Henrico Fraternal Order of Police. The Rev. F.
