City of Richmond trails manager Nathan Burrell and Jimmy McMillan of Richmond MORE talk trail building in the James River Park system. 

At the time of this video shoot, they were making repairs, upgrades and building new trails on the Buttermilk trail, in an area known to many as the "Upper Buttermilk" or "Buttermilk Heights."  The area is just east of the Nickel Bridge.
