Ms. Kathryn Patricia Endicott of Inverness, Fla., and Mr. David Carlisle Endicott of Springfield, Va., announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Kathryn Campbell Endicott of Richmond, to Kenneth Lloyd Thomsen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Svend Thomsen Jr., all of Richmond.

Miss Endicott is the granddaughter of Mr. Patrick DiGuglielmo of Tom's River, N.J., the late Catherine Ferguson of Inverness, Fla., and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Endicott of Asheville, N.C. Mr. Thomsen is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Tebo of Ontario, Canada, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Svend Thomsen Sr. of Conway, S.C.

A November wedding at the Tuckahoe Plantation in Richmond is planned.
