Student flicks

The first-ever VCU Student Film Festival -- which is not to be confused with the VCU Student Film Festival held last week will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the VCU Student Commons. Free.

"Sweet Dreams," a 1985 movie about country singer Patsy Cline starring Jessica Lange, will be shown at 5 p.m. today at the Virginia Historical Society.
